It gets a No.

It gets a No. This is what it is about. When Jesus was talking to Peter predicting that Peter would deny him 3 times he says "Satan has asked to sift you as wheat. But I have prayed for you, Simon, that your faith may not fail. And when you turn back, strengthen your brothers." The first you is plural. -that he asked to sift all of you as wheat. But I have prayed for you SIMON---- that God so much has his mind on us, is really mindful of us. And look almost how He talkes about "when you turn back" knowing he will, and when. But the sifting, the sifting is tremendous. The stuff we don't want anymore, the stuff that God doesn't want anymore, the dead stuff. That we should want to be sifted like wheat if there is a part of us that needs sifting. It gets a No. LIke God is saying "This has got to go. If we are going to go, this has got to go."
